Service options Nocturne provides a range of service options that let you identify the level of service that you need. Service options let you fine tune your access to services in order to minimize cost and maximize availability. Common service options include the following: High Availability High Availability service ensures that your service requests have the highest priority and that Nocturne will make all its capabilities available to you on demand. High Availability is appropriate if you have a mission-critical requirement for support and cannot afford bottlenecks. Low Urgency Low Urgency service gives you access to Nocturne's capabilities at a discount. Nocturne delivers services during periods of downtime on an uncommitted schedule. Routine Routine service is suitable for most business situations. Routine service provides commitments to schedules (with 90% compliance) while minimizing cost. Onsite Onsite service is available to many Nocturne customers, but is not normally recommended. Depending on your onsite environment and its impact on accessibility to the Nocturne personnel that are placed onsite, costs may be high. Onsite service is justified in situations where you have high security or highly confidential content, where your writing team requires local support or mentoring, or where your authoring systems or products are accessible only within your LAN or lab.
