Make a work request:
To check the status of your work:
Issue a Hold or Stop Work order If you need to put a hold on a request that you have submitted, or wish to cancel it, please contact us using our urgent contact channels (available on our Urgent Contact Page). Once we receive and acknowledge your Hold or Stop Word order, billing for your request stops. You will be responsible only for the portion of the billing associated with effort that has already been performed. Make a change in your deadline If your deadline changes, you can request a change in our delivery date or time. If we can accommodate your needs, we will. If we cannot, you will have the option to cancel your work request. (You are responsible only for the portion of billing associated with effort that has already been performed.) If you are requesting a shortened deadline, contact us using our urgent contact channels (available on our Urgent Contact Page). If your deadline has slipped back, contact us using our routine contact channels (available on our Routine Contact Page). Request a meeting or conference call If you feel that a meeting or conference call will help with your request, we can usually accommodate your needs. To check our overall availability, visit our Operational Status page (a separate window will open). Then contact us and make a request. We will do everything that we can to satisfy your request, either with an onsite meeting with the primary stakeholders and Nocturne workers, with a hosted teleconference, or with a traditional teleconference. There are times when a correction may be required to a work product once it has been delivered. In most cases, corrections are handled by Nocturne with the highest priority. Before contacting us, gather the following information:
