If you've used Nocturne's services before, we have some good news for you. Our services are now available over the Internet, right from your desktop.

We've blended processes and technology to make it easier to access technical editing and documentation services, graphic design, and publishing tools support. Our new model is simple and streamlined, but still provides the same guarantees of quality and reliability.

How it works

You can now submit work requests at any time, without pre-arranging service. Just go to our Contact Page and send us your request. If you want to send us files or documents for revision, go to our File Upload Form.

We respond, typically in minutes or hours, with a guaranteed quote and delivery time for your request.

If you accept the quote and delivery time, we perform the work and deliver it to you either by email, over the web, or by FTP (depending on your preferences and confidentiality requirements). Typically, no contracts or MOUs are required. Our service is simple, fast, efficient and affordable.

You don't need to provide any advanced notice, or worry about contracts. Just upload or email your material and your request.

Our helpdesk operates around the clock, which means you get the same support whether it's two in the afternoon, or two in the morning.

Our rates are very competitive, and our delivery times are unmatched.

We're expert at delivering our services entirely over the Internet, which means no unnecessary meetings, no need for temporary space in your office, no infrastructure and no additions to your team. All you need is your email account.

We support secure file transfer using PGP mail encryption, AES, RC5, or SFTP. Our processes ensure end-to-end security and confidentiality. We even have Enhanced Reliability security-cleared writers and editors available when needed.

You can pay by credit card, purchase order, cheque, or even using a bank or PayPal account.

Optional accounts

We also offer accounts for regular users of our Internet-based service. While much simpler than a contract or MOU, an account lets you receive services customized to suit your needs. An account delivers additional advantages:

• Use of Catapult, a drag-and-drop desktop client for submitting files.
• Streamlined billing, with invoicing performed once a month, or as required.
• Workers can share a single account, with all work requests billed together.
• Discounts are available for lower-priority jobs.
