If you have trouble contacting us

Nocturne maintains a high level of availability but there are times when, for technical or scheduling reasons, no one is available to respond to your request. The clocks on this website show typical times for acknowledgement of routine and urgent communications. These clocks are updated in real time as workload changes and personnel check in and out. However, it is possible that sudden increases in workload, or technical problems, may not be immediately reflected in the time estimates.

Nocturne's chat panes appear on the website only when a representative is logged in and available. However, it is possible that the representative may log out during your visit to the website. When you click on the pane, you'll get a message notifying you that the representative is no longer available. (This happens because the pane has already been delivered to your screen, and cannot be removed unless you do a 'Refresh'.)

If you are having trouble contacting us, please try an alternate channel (for example, telephone instead of email, or SMS instead of chat). Rest assured that we will respond to your requests as soon as possible.
