For current customers
Nocturne's website provides a range of functions to support its customers. If you are participating in a Nocturne project, you have been provided with specific links and account login information.
The following functions are available to all customers:

| Engage Nocturne personnel in live chat sessions, when available | |
| Project management system. Use your username and password to access project status, files, contact information, and resources. | |
| Check on Nocturne's overall status and workload, the location and vacation status of individual contacts, and any advisories that may affect your project planning. |
