Nocturne has been providing corporate communications and documentation services to the technology sector since 1988. Our clients have included some of the largest, and some of the smallest, in the high-tech world. We've recently made the move from a traditional business model to one that blends highly professional, vertical-market services with an Internet service portal. In other words, most of our corporate-class services are now available online via this website. As part of our efforts to continue to build our business under this new model, Nocturne is offering a free assessment service. Get a report card on your marketing materials, documentation, courseware, online help and web content. We'll tell you if you're doing well and what steps you can take to enhance your materials or correct problems.
Why are we providing this service for free?
We want to show you our capabilities in the hope that when you do need documentation or communications services, you'll think of us. Our processes and expertise allow us to perform these assessments very efficiently, and we do the work during periods when our workload is low and we have spare capacity. The downside of this is that we can't guarantee when you'll get your report card. It may be in two hours or two weeks, depending on our current commitments and the complexity of your materials. The upside is that we are able to provide the free assessment service at low risk to ourselves and at no cost, and no obligation, to you.
How are materials handled?
Once you upload or email your materials to us, the materials are handled and protected in the same way that we protect the work of our paying clients. All materials are handled in accordance with our security and confidentiality policy.
